Listing Rules
These Listing Rules apply to owners and other users who submit or edit a boat listing on Navigate Croatia. Their purpose is to keep the catalog accurate, lawful, and safe for guests, owners, and third parties.
1. What you confirm when submitting a listing
- you have the right to list the specific vessel;
- you have the right to use the photos, text, video, and other materials you upload;
- the description, price, location, availability, equipment, and contact details are accurate and up to date;
- the charter offer is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
2. How a listing must look
- the listing must describe the specific vessel being offered;
- the title, description, and photos must not mislead guests;
- photos should show the actual vessel rather than generic or third-party images;
- the starting price must be a real starting charter price for the advertised rental unit;
- mandatory costs and material restrictions must not be hidden or presented in a misleading way.
3. Prohibited content and third-party privacy
You must not publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content, or content that infringes the privacy or other rights of third parties. This includes in particular:
- third-party personal or confidential data without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent;
- third-party phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, identity document details, banking data, or medical data;
- photos of guests, children, crew, licence plates, documents, contracts, or message screenshots unless you have the right to publish them;
- photos, text, logos, or other materials that infringe copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights;
- false claims, unreal pricing, false availability, or other misleading content.
4. AI copy and translations
If you use AI assistance, automatic translation, or SEO suggestions, you remain responsible for the final listing content. You must review any such text before saving and publishing it.
5. What the platform may do
Navigate Croatia may reject, hide, restrict, temporarily remove, or permanently remove a listing or account if it reasonably suspects a breach of these rules, inaccurate data, a privacy violation, third-party rights infringement, spam, a security risk, or other unlawful or harmful content. The platform may request corrections, additional information, or supporting evidence before public publication or after a report is received.
6. Reports and questions
If you need clarification or want to report a disputed listing, contact info@beedigital.hr. Include the boat name or listing link, the reason for the report or request, and, where possible, a short explanation or supporting evidence.
