2. Service description

Navigate Croatia is an online lead-generation and listing platform for charter boats on the Croatian Adriatic. The platform supports listing publication and moderation, browsing of the public catalog, and a contact-reveal flow that connects potential guests with boat owners. At this stage, the platform does not act as a party to charter agreements and does not process charter payments inside the service.

3. Intellectual property

The design, software, database, trademarks, and other platform elements of Navigate Croatia belong to BeeDigital or its licensors, except for owner content lawfully submitted by users. Unauthorized copying, scraping, bulk extraction, or other use of platform content outside the limits allowed by law and the terms of use is prohibited.

4. Reporting unlawful or disputed content

If you believe that a listing, photo, description, or other content violates the law or third-party rights, you can send a notice to info@beedigital.hr. It is helpful to include the relevant link, a short explanation of the issue, and your contact details for follow-up.

5. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Croatia apply to this platform and its legal documents, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply to specific users under applicable law.
